- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The process was super fast. I literally just walked in gave my name and insurance card to Vanessa who was really sweet and one minute later I was seen by the doctor. Everyone was pleasant. I felt welcomed. I would recommend going to this place instead of anywhere else because you don't have a long wait and they make time to understand what you are feeling. The place is really spacious and neat. I had an amazing experience. I will definitely be going back anytime I am not feeling well or my husband and son. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I can't say enough good things about TLC Urgent Care on the corner of Yorktown and Staples. They are professional and fast. The doctors actally care about you. The front staff is friendly, urgent, efficient. They take all insurance. If you have a problem with insurance it's your insurers fault. These days they are so cheap the insurance discourage you to go to top notch facilities, they try to send you to a butcher shop. Coplain and force your insurance carrier to let you come to TLC. TLC is amazing. Their prices are very reasonable and less expensive than the emergency room. TLC performs needed tests according to your condition. TLC explains the "why" of everything they do and keep you advised every step of the way. The doctor called me 2 days later to check up on me. I was shocked at their level of service. Incredible. I am completely satisfied with TLC Complete Care. They are the best. I will refer friends and family there any day of the week. They are open 24 hrs and the facility is immaculate.
