- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor spent approximately 45 minutes with me on my initial visit which I thought was incredible. But tried to make another appointment to talk to him about a few more things and receptionist decided that I did not need another appointment, just keep the appointment you have...in 8 weeks. Also, when trying to schedule a remicade infusion, it takes a couple of weeks and still do not have an appointment. If you try to call the office you will always get a recording to leave a message. Once the receptionist calls you back, she lacks the ability to listen, really has no common sense and seems like she hates her job. There are no other doctors in this city....so somewhat SOL. The doctor is good, but staff has absolutely no clue about customer service or service with a smile.October 25, 2017by A Google User
