- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This HEB pharmacy on Port has poor customer service so unsatisfied and my sister is moving to another pharmacy still with HEB because you can't blame the other stores like HEB #7 that had great service. On Port you don't even get acknowledge they just grab your prescription and talk to other people before they finish with your questions. I asked if they could give me a price on the prescription and she said it's going to take 20 to 30 minutes and my sister was the only person in line this is the unsatisfactory serviceJune 16, 2017by Norma Duran
